In loving memory of Eugene Rozum of Omaha, Nebraska, born in Grafton, North Dakota, who departed this world on July 17, 2025 at the age of 100. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Eugene had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Eugene may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine J. Rozum; his grandchildren, Brett Molander and Sarah Molander; and his siblings, Joseph Rozum, Kenneth Rozum and Helen Henningson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Harris (Richard), Kathryn Elsasser (Gary) and Janet Roper. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 grandchildren; and many extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home (5701 Center St, Omaha, NE 68106). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
