Ezra Jo is survived by: parents, Angela Cunningham (Michael Eckhorn) and Frank Sinkiawic; and siblings, William Cunningham, Frankie Jo Seago, Kellie Hernandez (Carlos), Melissa Cunningham and Lexi Jade.
