She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ferreira and Isabel Ferreira (Mello); her son Merrill Kass; her grandson Gregory Kass; and her siblings, Dennis Ferreira, Antonio Ferreira, Manuel Ferreira, John Ferreira, Joseph Ferreira, Mary Camara, Anna Melo and Theresa Damasio.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Kass of Omaha, NE; her son Michael Kass (Martha) of Oak Ridge, TN; her grandchildren, Benjamin Kass (Anna), Suzanne Kass and Daniel Kass; her son Matthew Kass (Kathryn) of Tucson, AZ; her grandchildren, Stephen Kass, Sarah Kass, Joshua Kass and Rebekah Kass; her daughter Mary Muckey (Ken) of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, Lauren Muckey and Ryan Muckey; her son Malcolm Kass (Jennifer) of Allen, TX; her grandchildren, Cedric Kass, Madelene Kass, Henry Kass and Isabel Kass; and her siblings, Isabel Feria, Edmund Ferreira, Gilbert Ferreira, Raymond Ferreira and Robert Ferreira.
