With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francis J. McGovern (Omaha, Nebraska), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGovern and Clara McGovern. He is survived by: his wife Imogene; his children, Patricia Krajicek (Mark), James (Sheri) and Tim McGovern (Marie); and his grandchildren, Brian, Jeffrey Krajicek, Matthew, Christopher, Michael and Brianne McGovern.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Philip Neri-Blessed Sacrament or the Nebraska-Iowa Railroad Association.
