He was predeceased by: his daughters, Marcia Lynn and Theresa Marie; and his parents, Macedonio Cuellar and Tranquilina Cuellar (Luevano). He is survived by: his brother Richard Cuellar. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 19 great grand children, and two great-great grandchildren.
