He was predeceased by: his parents, O. T. Stewart and Johnnie Lee Stewart (Carter); and his stepmother Anna Mae Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Gary Todd Stewart of Dayton, Ohio and Jenna "Ginny Lynn" Stewart of Bellevue, Nebraska; his brothers, Sammy Dee Stewart of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Craig Wyatt Stewart of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his former wife Ginger Stewart of Tulsa. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
