He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Evans and Helen J. Evans Laughrey; and his parents-in-law, Lyle E. Towse and Shirley A. Towse. He is survived by: his wife Connie Towse; his daughters, Christy Flattery of Walsenburg and Carrie Phillips (Kenny Walters) of Elkhorn; his grandson Hayden Flattery of Omaha; his siblings, Gary Evans of Norman, Oklahoma, Cathy Hulsey (Dean) of Lake Havasu, Arizona, Roger Evans (Lori) of Twin Falls, Idaho and Tammy Evans of Buena Vista, Colorado.; and his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Diebold (Eddie) and Jeanelle Wirtz (Jerry) of Ponca City.
