She is survived by: her husband Joseph Herek; her children, Ray Herek (Judy), Stephanee Cannia (Gary), Scott Herek, Jill Nettell and Emily Blunck (John); her sister Kathleen Shaddy; and her grandchildren, Hailey Herek (Joe McGregor), Hilary Rodriguez (Mario), Jesse Nettell (Katelyn), Jacob Cannia (Megan), Wyatt Nettell (Karryn), Alex Cannia, Gordon and Honora Blunck. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
