He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Ludvik and Antone Ludvik. He is survived by: his wife Helyn; and his children, Cynthia (Truckenbrod), Elizabeth Ludvik, Marilee Ludvik and George Ludvik (Julie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
