We bid farewell to Gloria M. Contreras (Omaha, Nebraska), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 12, 2025 at the age of 89. Gloria touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She is survived by: her husband Sabas Contreras (Joe); her siblings, Teresa Avila, Esperanza "Rose" Cervantez, Eloisa "Chita" Nunez, Rebecca Navarro, Rufino, Donald "Donny" Avila, Patricia Sanz, Jane Adams, Rudy Avila (Joan), Robert Avila (Kay) and Raul Acosta (Mashelle); her children, Steven Contreras (Linda), Di-Anna Cruz and Jo-Anna Contreras (Alfonso Becerra); and her grandchildren, Joy Landess-Busse, Shila Hernandez (John Lentis), Teresa "Cha-Cha" Rodriguez, Alicia Rodriguez, Cosme Contreras, Maximino Contreras, Vidal Becerra and Stephanie Contreras. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and their children.
