She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burcham and Cecile Burcham (Thompson); her husband Emmett Schmedding; her granddaughters, Autumn Schmedding and Carrie Tipton; her children-in-law, Gary Bohlke and Jere Schmedding; and her siblings, Earl, Elmer, Violet, La Verne, Hildred and Bonnie.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Schmedding of Walthill, NE, Carole Tipton of Omaha, Charlotte Bohlke of Sioux City, IA and Connie Caniglia (Michael) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren, and eighteen great-great-grandchildren.
