He was predeceased by: his daughter Sheri; his parents, Gus Johnson and Sophie "Dorothy" Johnson; his sister Bev; and his brother-in-law Don Nash.
He is survived by: his nephew Jake Alexander; his son Ken Johnson; and his brother Jim Johnson (Gwen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
