He is survived by: his children, Michael Williams, Diane Williams, Kimberly Sebron, Evelyn Merkel Smith (Ed) and Harold Sebron (Crystal); his grandchildren, Rachael, Leigh Ann, Samantha, Amanda, Caitlyn, Christopher, Matthew and Easton; and his sister Carolyn Daugherty. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
