He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Crutchfield and Lela Crutchfield. He is survived by: his wife Rosita; his sons, Ronald (Pam) and Roger (Cindy); and his stepchildren, Theresa McKernan (Tom), Marie Payne (Jack), Delores Davis (Ken) and Bill A. Bartlett (Maria). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
