He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Swallow and Mary Swallow (Hoyt); and his brother Donald Swallow. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Paulsen; his daughters, Michele Schulze (Kevin) of Gretna and Lisa Swallow (Paul Rogers) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandsons, Kyle Schulze of Omaha and Tyler Schulze of Omaha; his siblings, Darlene Koehn of Omaha and Clinton (Carol Swallow) of Plainview; and his sister-in-law Leona Swallow of Pierce.
