He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozell Holloway and Dora Holloway; and his siblings, Otis, Eugene, Tony, Gloria Ann and Rosemary.
He is survived by: his sisters, Nellie Jones and Denise Baptist; and his children, Tara Meeks-Watson (Carl), DeWanda Holloway, Nikki Holloway, Herbert Lee Holloway II and Carissa Holloway. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
