Herbie was predeceased by: parents, Wayne Jenney and Shirley Jenney (Hilton); and brother Gary Jenney. Herbie is survived by: children, Travis Jenney (Sarah) and Melissa Jenney; grandson Abel Jenney; and siblings, Larry Jenney, Kay Bartek and Susan Jenney-Jonsson.

A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Voss Mohr Cemetery (13800 Harrison St, Omaha, NE 68138).
