He is survived by: his children, Kim Cadwell (Jim) and Gregg Lind; his grandchildren, Makenzie Avlonitis (Michael), Seth Birch, Shaun Birch and Valene Birch; his former wife Janice Lind; and his sister Sharon Gohr.
