She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross W. Luttrell and Hulda E. Luttrell (Jensen); her brothers, Lyle Luttrell and Richard Luttrell; her husbands, Harry E. McGee Jr. and Louis W. Halbert (Bill); her sons, David M. Halbert and Steven R. Halbert; and her stepchildren, Vonnie Potts (Jack) and Harry E. McGee, III.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Halbert Taylor and Michael R. Halbert (Susan Uresti); her grandsons, Justin Halbert (Taylor Ann), Aaron Halbert (Juliana) and Nathan Halbert; her great grandchild Emerson Halbert; and her stepdaughters, Kathy Obering (Roland), Terri Voglein (Mike) and Lisa Beatty (Tim). She is also survived by step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
