He was predeceased by: his father Martin Alvarez; and his sister Rosalinda Rodriguez. He is survived by: his mother Trudy Olvera; his siblings, Mariana Rodriguez, Claudia Alvarez, Mario Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Martin Alvarez, Omar Alvarez and Juan Alvarez; and his children, Juan Manuel, Desire, Jai Jr., Alexia of Rosie, JJ, Nico and Luz. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
