He is survived by: his wife Anita Wallace; his children, Marco Rankins (Kimone), James E. Wallace Jr., Willie Rankins, Crystal Bailey, Shoniece Wallace and Frank Wallace; his siblings, Marvin Wallace (Phyllis) and Janice Wallace (Mosley); and his cousin Clausaundra Wallace-Parker.
