Though James Eugene may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Lydia; and his siblings, Montgomery (Monty) and Melanie. He is survived by: his wife Pam; and his brother Terry Specht (Vivian). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contribution to NE Humane Society.
