James P. Kineen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James P. Kineen (Omaha, Nebraska), who passed away on March 17, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kineen and Dorothy Kineen (Muldoon). He is survived by: his sisters, Susan, Margaret and Mary; his children, James Jr., Matthew (Nuria), Kathleen (Kurt) and Jane; his grandchildren, SJ, Alejandro, Michael, John, Kathryn, Andrew, Ryan and Elena; his former wife Ann; his nieces, Tina, Julie, Angie, Becky, Anne, Katie and Malia; and his son-in-law Duane Fenner. He is also survived by many relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests remembrances in Jim's honor to: CUES School System, Midwest Jesuits, St. Pius X/St. Leo Catholic School, or Skutt Catholic High School.
