He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Lastovica and Mary Lastovica; his wife Joan Miller; his sons, Greg and John; and his siblings, Dot Sandhoefner and John.

He is survived by: his daughter Susan Lastovica (Lee Brock). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
