He is survived by: his wife Joann O'Leary of Glenwood, IA; his brother Ken O'Leary (Cathy); his children, Matthew O'Leary and Marci (Tim); his grandchildren, Emilia Jefferson, Shelby Jefferson, Josef Jefferson and Lily O'Leary; and his sisters-in-law, Betty (Jim), Marg Bell Springfield and Barb (Chuck).
