As we bid Jan farewell, let us not mourn the absence of their physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of their spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, their energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 4:45 PM at the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church (24116 Marian Ave, Glenwood, IA 51534). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Pancreatic Cancer Center of Excellence Fund at UNMC Checks made payable to University of Nebraska Foundation.
