She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Schoen and Ruth Anne Schoen (Barry). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Tooker; her children, John (Nicole), Emily (Sarah) of Thornton, CO and Shane (Abbie); her grandchildren, Jess of Lincoln, Margaret of Lincoln, Amelia of Lincoln, Liam of Lincoln, Meredith of Lincoln and Grace; and her siblings, Anne Ballard (Wes) of Lincoln, Lyle Schoen (Susan) of Lincoln, Nancy Schoen (Martin Costello) of Lincoln and Mary Schoen Petersen (Paul) of Lincoln. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
Upon retirement in April 2020 (at the beginning of the Covid pandemic) she and Jerry had purchased a new RV with the intent to travel the country. Because of Covid they did not travel as much as they had hoped.
