She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Mullaly and Rose Mullaly (Mertz); and her husband Roger Lewis Jirka. She is survived by: her children, Kim Gerety (Kevin) of Yale, Phil Jirka (Phuong) of Omaha, NE, Lori Jirka of Omaha, NE and Joe Jirka of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Open Door Mission or the Henry Doorly Zoo.
