She is survived by: her daughters, Lesa Phillips (Lenell) of Omaha and Brandi Huebner (Jeff) of Columbia, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Lexi Gibbs (Jamarr), Erin Talich, Elecia Jackson, Kendall Phillips, Joli Hallowell (Ben), Danielle Bonge (Nick) and Thalia Huebner; her great grandchildren, Zion, Theodore, Carmen, Amar, Lonnie, Kendall, Karter, Stefhon, Ava and Emma; and her brothers, Dwayne, Lee, Daryl and Merle Lantzer. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial's given to the family will be used in Jan's memory at a later date.
