He was predeceased by: his father John "Jack" Efaw. He is survived by: his children, Jack and Katherine "Kate" Efaw; his mother Ilona "Lona" Efaw of Kansas City, MO; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Jamie Efaw; and his nieces and nephews, Mikayla, Riley and Karlie.
