It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jason Proctor of Omaha, Nebraska, born in Centerville, Iowa, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne, Dorothea Proctor, Harvey and Icil Parks. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Proctor and Nancy Parks Proctor of Bloomfield, Iowa; his former wife Jennifer Jones; his daughter Hannah Jane Proctor of Omaha; his sister Haley Zamastil (Pat) of Fairfax, Iowa; and his sibling's children, Holden Zamastil and Piper Zamastil. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Hannah's Education Fund.
