It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Russell Johnson in Omaha, Nebraska, born in Kearney, Nebraska, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Giles Johnson; his grandparents, Russell, Jean Johnson, Jesse Whittle and Evelyn Cummins; and his grandchildren, Casyn and Cinley Clarke.
He is survived by: his parent Sharena Rose Whittle; his daughter Christina Clarke; his grandchildren, Chrisily, CJ and Corbyn Clarke; his sisters, Jamie Gross and Jodi Katzer (Matt); his siblings' children, Tandra Wilson (Eris), Tessa Johnson (Marley), Gabriel Johnson (Brooklyn Clapper), Trevor Gross (Steph Soukop), Logan Katzer, Quincy Katzer, Peyton Katzer and Taya Gross; his brother Joseph Lashley; and his children, Justice and Shae Lashley. He is also survived by 2 great-nieces and a great-nephew.
