He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michalak and Phyllis Michalak; and his siblings, Margaret Doiel, Bill, Johnny and Gary "Butch" Lasovich.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Nielson of Columbus, NE; his sisters, Sandra Lasovich, Debra Michalak of Blair, NE, Kimberly Michalak of Duncan, NE and Janet Hernandez of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, MaKenzie, Kyren, Brayzen, Ebonyi, Raymie and William. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
