He was predeceased by: his wife Davianne Roth; his daughter Mary Roth; and his grandsons, Douglas and Nicholas Roth. He is survived by: his children, Jay, Jr., Mike (Anne), Doug Roth (Cheryl), Grace and Robin Roth (John). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
