He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth "Ely" Gonzalez; his children, Esperanza 'Pera" Gonzalez, Elizabeth "China" Gonzalez and Josue Gonzalez; his mother-in-law Yolanda Vargas of Omaha; his parents, Shirley Garrett of Oregon City, Oregon and Richard "Dick" Dixon of Oregon City, Oregon; his grandmother Helen Dixon of Oregon City, Oregon; his siblings, Brian Dixon of Omaha, Carrie Dixon (Derrick Jarrad) of Oregon City and Alannah Martin of Omaha; his siblings' children, Chloe, Leah Dixon, Johan of Omaha and Alex of Omaha; and also, Connie Vargas, Gloria Garcia, James Garrett (Lincoln), Aida Vargas (Mexico), Louise (Mark Gray), Dorothy Condreay (Lincoln), Manuel Vargas (Mexico), Lorretta "Rett" Pratt, Roberta "Bert" (John Meschke), Javier Vargus, Donald (Jackie Garrett), Douglas Dixon (San Jose), Wayne (Kim Garrett), Michelle (Jeroen Van Der Gaag) and Gabriela "Gaby" Garfias.
In 2020 Jeff fell seriously ill with Covid.
