He is survived by: his mother Rita Record Kisner; his father-in-law Jim Kisner; his sister Jackie Ayala Collins (Joe Collins); his sons, Dustin Wallace (Adelaide), Dylan Spencer, Joshua Nelson and Andrew Kozak (Rae Kozak); his grandchildren, Anjelo Kozak and Alycia Kozak; and his niece Jennifer Ayala Coulter (Justin Coulter).
