He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hays. He is survived by: his mother Jeanine Hays (Douglas); his wife Mini Hays (Xu); his siblings, Terri Jukes (Guy), Lorri Taylor (Barry), Scott Hays (Jeanie) and Jodie Bohlen (Dave); his mother-in-law Dajin Liu; and his pets, Duke, Max and Miss Molly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reichmuth Funeral Home - Omaha (21901 W Maple Rd, Elkhorn, NE 68022). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Reichmuth Funeral Home (21901 W Maple Rd, Elkhorn, NE 68022).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to causes to be designated, by the family.
