He is survived by: his wife Nan Halvorson; his daughter Sally (Mike); his grandchildren, Ben, Ellie and Lucas of Georgia; his daughter Jill (Jeff); his grandchildren, Henry, Harrison, Teddy and Evie of Omaha; and his siblings, Judy Walker, Keith Halvorson, Arlen Halvorson, Paul Halvorson and Amy Montoya.
