He is survived by: his children, Patricia Chizek, Johnny Mlady (Barb), Leslie Rock, Keith Alexander (Kathleen), Julie Hansen, Bill Baker (Sandy), Allison Baker and Heather Losole; his siblings, Ann Walton and Marvin Mlady; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Ann Barth and Marilyn Ramsey. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
