He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; and his children, John Jerome, II, Mike Haines and Kelly Cordy. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Brown, Terry Bogard (Quinton) and Pat Haines (Judy); his children-in-law, Diane Haines and Jim Cordy; and his brother Joseph (Ginny). He is also survived by many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
