He is survived by: his wife Elaine; and his children, Lisa Pivonka (Dusty Elsasser), Kevin Pivonka (Kerry), Donna McMains (Derek), Debora Ham (William), Jason Pivonka (Becca) and Ryan Pivonka (Jeremy Maskel). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
