He was predeceased by : his daughter Chelsea; and his brother Bill. He is survived by : his brothers, Billy and Bobby; his daughter Amanda; his wife Dana; and his siblings, Connie Lewellyn (Rick) of College Place, WA., Bob (Tammy), Jim (Jessie) of Lusk, WY and Cory (Nancy) of Omaha, NE.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
