He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Tapio and Jean Tapio (Costello) of Omaha, Nebraska.; and his son Adam. He is survived by: his wife Barbra; his daughter Stefanie; his grandson Rocket; and his siblings, Richard Tapio (Carol), Jim Tapio (Dodi), Alice Diaz (Terry), Kathleen Tapio, Robert Tapio (Carmen), Michael Tapio and Mark Tapio. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
