He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Martinez and Bacilia Martinez; and his brother Richard Martinez (Justine "Tina" Martinez). He is survived by: his children, Monique (Fiona) and Tony (Holly); and his siblings, Lupe, Linda, Thomas and Manuel (Brandy). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
