He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Joe Tagel of Ewing and Gary. He is survived by: his parent Mike (Jodie Tagel); his brother Ben Tuttle of Wayne; and his grandparents, LeRoy, Marilyn Heier of Norfolk, Del, Susie Ames of Neligh and Colleen Tuttle of Springfield. He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Braman Mortuary (Millard Chapel) (6505 S 144th St, Omaha, NE 68137). A wake will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Braman Mortuary (6505 S 144th St, Omaha, NE 68137). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (100 9th St, Springfield, NE 68059).
In lieu of flowers, memorials given to the family will be used in John's memory at a later date.
