He is survived by: his wife Sue Osborne of Omaha, Nebraska; his sons, Robert Scott Osborne of Glenwood, Iowa, Brian James Osborne (Christine) and John Benjamin Osborne of Singapore; and his siblings, Laura Catron of Mineola, Iowa and James Osborne of California. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
