It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Strave (Omaha, Nebraska), who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Strave; his children, Michael Strave, Deman Strave and Betty Strave; and his grandchildren, Dave, Donald, George, Fred, Delany, Michell, Brooke and Andre.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the 72nd Street Chapel (1010 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68114). Even during the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic, his kindness never wavered.
