He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter and Jo McCarty (Thomas); and his brother Chuck Walter. He is survived by: his brother Bob Walter; and his children, Paige Walter and Eli Kass.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 2540 6th Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51501.
