We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, John William Furey (Omaha, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Furey (Bill) and Eleanore Tangney Furey; his nephew Michael T. Peters; and his sister-in-law Cindy Furey. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Melissa, Patrick (Julianne), Jessica (Alex), Travis (Nicole) and Emily (Henry); his siblings, Kevin (Mary Furey), Nancy (David Peters), Kent (Gloria Phillips), Julie (Chris Torney) and Doug (Karen Phillips); and his friends, Pat and Katie Gurnett. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren.
