He was predeceased by: his parents, James N. Rubeck and Theresa Rubeck; and his siblings, Theresa Bellus and James Rubeck II. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rubeck; his sons, Brian Rubeck (Kristine) and Matt Rubeck; and his brother-in-law Jack Bellus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
